the breakfast was good it had a lot of choice. the staff members were very friendly they were also helpful. i could leave my bags after i checked out it allowed me to look around for a bit.
the room had chipped paint i also saw awful grimy walls. the bathroom was very run down it had chipped and old fittings. the carpets looked grim.

The staff were super friendly and polite! the building was lovely and clean. i stayed in a really nice, clean, and cozy room. they provided tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in the room, which i especially loved! breakfast had a good size with cereal plus a fry up. It was very filling and nice. they let us leave our bags after checkout so we could explore! i recommend a stay here!
There was instant coffee instead of filter coffee. I'd have preferred filter coffee.

The breakfast room is light and airy. it has spacious tables. there is an excellent selection of cereals and hot beverages available. vegetarian sausages are also available . The presentation of the food was AMAZING!!!

I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. It included a wide selection of cereals. there were croissants. toast AND jams were great. The hosts were cute. They were knowledgeable about good places to eat.
there was a VERY LITTLE noise coming from the street at night.

the location is GREAT. it is close to the center. It is approximately a ten minute walk to the Winter Gardens. Central Pier is a five minute walk. This is a SUPER location for seeing sights.

the staff are lovely and will do ANYTHING for you. Chris is a great HOST. He is VERY friendly and cute. He gave us directions and advice. chris was organised.

poor soundproofingbroken ventilation
the room i got really lacked soundproofing. i heard everything from the hallway and other rooms. the noise disrupted my sleep quite a bit. also, the bathroom ventilation didnt work, so the room got steamy after every shower. i asked about it at the front desk, but nothing was done . the humidity was rather unpleasant.

chris greeted me upon arrival and assisted with parking. the room featured super clean surfaces and lovely white bedding. i found a selection of hot drinks and bottled water provided in the room. breakfast included a wide selection.
